SHIPPING

We offer Free UPS Standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $100 (before applicable taxes). For all orders less than $100 (before applicable taxes), a flat rate of $10.00 will be applied or Express Shipping available at a flat rate of $15.00. All PO box locations automatically ship via Canada Post. 

RETURNS

Bed Head accepts returns and exchanges for unused or lightly used products purchased from bedhead.ca. Orders are eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery. Contact our team at hello@bedhead.ca to initiate a return request. Please include your order # and reason for return in your initial email. Securely package the items you wish to return and affix your issued pre-paid shipping label. Please make sure any old labels on your package are removed or obscured. Drop off your package at the nearest Canada Post location. There is no postage required, but a return fee of $5.00 CAD will be deducted from your refund.
